
Thomas is a founder and Director of APIX Law Group and leads the firm’s Litigation Practice.
Thomas is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia, and has a particular focus on complex Civil Litigation and Native Title determination and compensation claims.
Thomas regularly instructs Senior Counsel and King’s Counsel in substantial and technically demanding matters, bringing a strategic and disciplined approach to high-stakes litigation.
A Gold Coast local, Thomas is an Old Boy of The Southport School. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Griffith University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Bond University. His academic and professional foundations underpin a practice characterised by rigorous legal analysis and practical advocacy.
Thomas has acted for a broad range of high-profile individual and corporate clients and has been involved in complex litigation conducted across multiple Australian jurisdictions. His experience in high-stakes legal disputes underscores his capability in managing challenging and multifaceted legal issues.
In addition to his legal practice, Thomas is also an active member of the Hellenic Australian Lawyers (HAL) and the Hellenic Initiative (THI), maintaining a broad professional network across Queensland and throughout Australia.
Outside of law, Thomas is a passionate motorsport enthusiast, often spending weekends on the racetrack, either on a bike or behind the wheel.
